On October 14 Kalar Community Center which is a project implemented by Civil Development Organization – CDO in partnership with UNHCR, in cooperation with Garmian Directorate of Civil Defense, conducted a seminar for IDPs and host community about basic fire awareness, how to use fire extinguishers and how to prevent fire spreading.
